Who we are
Deconstraint is a consultancy. We take a bounded piece of a company’s operation and build the custom application that makes that piece workable. Engagements are monthly contracts, scoped to the problem in front of us — not a software catalog.

Work is fractional and held for the length of the engagement. We join the operation that owns the problem and stay with it under a monthly contract.

We design and build software for a specific gap: work that is too particular to buy off the shelf and too important to keep doing by hand.

Negotiated engagements
Scope and pricing are agreed for each engagement after an assessment. We do not publish plans, tiers, or rates.
